Linux comes in a dizzying array of choices, but we've settled on a short list of favorites which we highly recommend. All of our preferred versions (called distributions or "distros") are completely free, and we use them daily for ourselves and our clients.

SDI is expanding our level of service in two ways. First, we've changed our website address to www.sdicomputer.com to make it easier to find and remember, and we also have more 'room' to expand our online services. Second, and most important, is that we have hired Bob Edwards to fill the role of Senior Consultant. Bob brings extensive experience in electronics and oilfield technologies in addition to his skills in PC troubleshooting.
